VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 21, 2018) Capt. Josh Jackson, commander of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Group 2, delivers remarks at a change of command ceremony at which Cmdr. Shawn Lieb relieved Cmdr. Tim Ferracci as commanding officer of EOD Mobile Unit 12. EOD Mobile Unit 12, based at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, counters explosive hazards in all environments by being able to locate, identify, render safe, recover, conduct field evaluation and dispose of all explosive ordnance, including mines, improvised explosive devices and chemical, biological and nuclear weapons.
