    FORT DRUM, N.Y. – Sgt. Earlinn Cace Carillo, the Fort Drum Medical Activity Environmental Health noncommissioned officer in charge and a native of Portland, Org., uses a sling shot to distribute a rabies vaccine bait drop toward a tree line as part of a large-scale rabies vaccination operation Aug. 27. Fort Drum Environmental Health specialists coordinated the bait drop with the Jefferson County, N.Y.
