Petty Officer 2nd Class Carlo Pamintuan, gas turbine system technician (mechanical) assigned to the guided missile destroyer USS Mustin, hands a prepared packaged goods kit to a member of the local community during a community service event organized by the Princess Pa Foundation, Thai Red Cross Society. More than 40 sailors from Mustin volunteered their time with the local community and members from the Royal Thai Armed Forces with assisting in preparing more than 5,000 packages.
