First Sgt. Wandy Rodriguez, company first sergeant of Bravo Company, addresses the Marines of 1st Platoon, Bravo Co., 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, during a range safety brief at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 25, 2018.
