Royal Navy Cmdr. Nathan Gray takes off from HMS Queen Elizabeth.
Gray made history late September 2018 by being the first to land on the new British aircraft carrier for the First of Class Flight Trials (Fixed Wing), followed by Royal Air Force Sq. Ldr. Andy Edgell, FOCFT (FW) lead test pilot. Both are test pilots with the F-35 Integrated Test Force at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland.
