Machinist's Mate 2nd Class James Lee, from New York, a facility manager at Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka Det. Hachinohe smoothes out freshly laid gravel at Hachinohe Pump Station #2. The pump station, which was damaged following the tsunami triggered by the Great East Japan Earthquake, still plays a role in supplying Misawa Air Base with JP-8 fuel.
