U.S. Army Capt. Martin Anders, jumpmaster, 82nd Airborne Division, 3rd Brigade, instructs fellow paratroopers during a simulated relief mission, Drop Zone Sicily, Fort Bragg, N.C., Oct. 26, 2011. The paratroopers, along with members of the 437th Airlift Wing, Joint Base Charleston, S.C., took part in an Operational Readiness Evaluation (ORE), which was staged out of Gulfport, Miss. The ORE is intended to evaluate Joint Base Charleston's ability to "take the fight to the enemy" and objectively measure mission effectiveness.
