Members of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces build a bridge in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia, during a Subject Matter Expert Exchange with members of the Idaho National Guard, Sept. 12 to 24. The exchange is part of the National Guard’s State Partnership Program, which facilitates the sharing of ideas, capabilities and experiences between guardsmen and host countries. The two organizations worked together to build three bridges that now serve Cambodian soldiers and citizens as useful pathways over ditches and wet gaps.
