Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Adm. James Stavridis, talks with Lt. Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, commander of ISAF Joint Command and I Corps, and Command Sgt. Maj. John Troxell, IJC command sergeant major, Oct. 25 at IJC's headquarters in Kabul. Stavridis is the first naval officer to hold the position of SACEUR. He met with Scaparrotti and other senior leaders to hear about current progress and future plans for Afghan and coalition efforts in Afghanistan.
