(Sept. 21, 2018) Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Emily Blonski, assigned to Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit (CNATTU) Norfolk, helps a middle school student try on flight line personal protective equipment during a three-day science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) event held during the Naval Air Station Oceana air show. Instructors from CNATTU Norfolk and Oceana brought everything from advanced aircraft auxiliary power units to 6,000-round-per-minute-capable machine guns with them to demonstrate complex components of naval aviation.
