An aviation survival technician from U.S. Coast Guard Air Station/Sector Field Office Port Angeles and a search and rescue technician from the Royal Canadian Air Force 442nd Transport and Rescue Squadron are suspended from a USCG MH-65 Dolphin helicopter during joint training in the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Wash., Oct. 3, 2018.
The training consisted of USCG and RCAF members conducted simulated survivor searches, and practiced boat and water hoist maneuvers during daytime conditions, from each other's helicopters under supervision of the helicopter crew.
