PORT HUENEME, Calif. (October 11, 2018) – Captain Michael Saum, commanding officer of Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), leads the command in recognizing America’s Navy Birthday. During a cake cutting ceremony the longest serving EXWC federal employees and the newest interns joined Saum to cut the birthday cake. All military and employees shared in the enjoyment of this moment; the U.S. Navy’s 243rd Birthday.
