SAN DIEGO (Oct. 12, 2018) Rear Adm. Cedric E. Pringle, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 3, greets the family of Seaman Lakiba Palmer, a Sailor who perished in the bombing of the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG-67), during a USS Cole Remembrance Ceremony aboard the USS Midway Museum in San Diego.
