Troop B is part of a larger squadron providing humanitarian assistance, safety presence patrols and debris removal from roads. “We are keeping the peace and directing traffic,” said Littlefield. “The presence of Soldiers make the people feel better. Our presence shows that the state is trying to use every available resource to make the situation better for the people.”
