Master Sgt. Bobbyjo Balmonte, 154th Medical Group Detachment 1, Medical Logistics NCO in charge, runs a power cable from a mobile, 5-kW hydrogen fuel cell generator September 8, at at Kalaeloa, Hawaii, during a field training exercise. Unlike conventional generators, which release toxic emissions, the only byproducts emitted from the hydrogen fuel cell generator is water, heat and energy. The generator was provided by Hawaii Center for Advanced Transportation Technologies to run an initial field test. (Air National Guard photo by Senior Airman John Linzmeier)
