NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. (Oct. 15, 2018) Harry Oldland, the acting deputy chief supply chain officer for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), is welcomed aboard Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) by the sideboys for a tour of the facility and clinics. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs medical care in to a single combined mission.
