Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta speaks with sailors aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) during a tour of the Asia-Pacific region. Panetta thanked the service members for their efforts during Operation Tomadachi following a 9.0 magnitude earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan.
