HONOLULU (Sept. 20, 2018) Capt. Eric Morgan, Commanding Officer of Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor, briefs Under Secretary of the Navy Thomas Modly on the strategic importance of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility during a recent visit. Red Hill, operated by NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor's Fuel Department, consists of 20 tanks, each able to store 12 million gallons of fuel. Red Hill fuel is used by each of the military services in Hawaii, including the U.S. Coast Guard. Modly is on a multi-nation visit to the U.S. Pacific Command area of responsibility focused on reinforcing existing partnerships and visiting commands in the region. (U.S. Navy Photo/Released)
