A Florida State Fire College instructor offers his advice on how to shore up a structure to U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers in the 336th Engineer Company, 463rd Engineer Battalion, 411th Engineer Brigade, 412th Theater Engineer Command based in Wierton, W.V., during a Structural Collapse Technician at the college in Ocala, Fla., Oct. 6, 2018. The company along with the U.S. Army Reserve 144th Medical Detachment "rescued 14 victims" after the collapse. The company is training to become a Urban Search and Rescue Detachment for Command and Control Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Response Element-A.
