EAST CHINA SEA (Oct. 20, 2018) MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopters, assigned to the "Island Knights" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, transport food and supplies to the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) during a vertical replenishment with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO 199). Wasp, flagship of Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, with embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
