NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Oct. 11, 2018) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuels) 2nd Class Angel Rice, from Columbus, Georgia, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, receives her Petty Officer of the Quarter plaque from Ford's commanding officer, Capt. John J. Cummings, and Command Master Chief Laura Nunley, during an all hands call in the ship's hangar bay.
