YOKOSUKA, Japan (October 9, 2018) – Commander, Naval Surface Group Western Pacific recieves Capt. Wilson Marks during a change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. During the Commander, Naval Surface Group Western Pacific ceremony, Capt. Wilson Marks relieved Capt. Richard Dromerhauser as the commanding officer. The change of command ceremony is a time-honored naval tradition in which the transfer of responsibility, authority and accountability occurs from one individual to another individual.
