Ruck for your Life participants donate their ruck weight’s worth of non-perishable food items at the finish of the race, at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, Oct. 17, 2018. In order to raise awareness of the services provided by the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) Preservation of the Force and Family, the POTFF team threw a ruck march event coined Ruck for Your Life on the 7th SFG(A) compound. And as an added purpose, the event doubled as a way to assist the neighborhood where the group calls home. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. L’Erin Wynn)
