Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Kaleth O. Wright speaks about his next big focus during the Airlift/Tanker Association Symposium in Grapevine, Texas, Oct. 26, 2018. “The most significant thing that I will be working on over the next two years is a new performance management system,” said Wright. “Most of the responsibility lies with supervisor… I think that responsible should lie with the member, and the supervisor is there to validate what you’ve done.” Wright gave clues to some of the expected changes by recommending attendees to read the book ?Helping People Win at Work
