Panama City, FL., Oct. 29, 2018--Operation Blue Roof is a priority mission managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. This is a free service to homeowners. Operation Blue Roof protects property and allows residents to remain in their homes while recovering from the hurricane. Residents can sign up for “Right of Entry” when they visit disaster recovery centers. “Right of Entry” is the form that residents fill out granting permission for USACE to go onto an individuals property to install the temporary roof.
