FORT BENNING, Ga. (Oct. 26, 2018) -- Soldiers of the Airborne and Ranger Training Brigade demonstrate how to rappel as part of the Rangers In Action demonstration before a Ranger Course graduation. Under Secretary of the Army Ryan D. McCarthy speaks at the Airborne and Ranger Training Brigade ranger graduation at Victory Pond at Fort Benning, Georgia, Oct. 26. McCarthy, who served five years in the Army, was involved in combat operations in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom with the 75th Ranger Regiment, U.S. Special Operations Command.
