Sgt. Travis W. Patton, a meteorology oceanography analyst forecaster, receives final directions from Staff Sgt. Michael E. Fitch, a meteorology oceanography analyst forecaster, before releasing a weather balloon with the new Radiosonde attached here Oct. 19.
