Tim DeWitt, commander of the Civil Engineer Corps., Naval Construction Group Two, thanks Naval Mobile Construction Battalion One for their hard work during a visit to a hospital construction site in Ali Oune, Djibouti, Oct. 25, 2018. The hospital in Ali Oune, part of a 15-year-long project expected to be complete by January 2019, will bring medical care to the southwest region of the country.
