Soldiers and equipment from the 63rd Expeditionary Signal Battalion, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, arrive on a C-17 Globemaster III at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, Oct. 31 in support of Operation Faithful Patriot. As directed by the Department of Defense through Army headquarters, Soldiers, equipment and resources are being deployed to assist Department of Homeland Security along the southwest border. Military personnel will provide a range of support including planning assistance, engineering support, and logistics and transportation support.
