A Soldier traverses an obstacle on the Load Effects Assessment Program-Army (LEAP-A) course during a visit by Cross-Functional Team and Army Futures Command leadership to U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC), Oct. 25. The mobility course is designed to assess changes to Soldier performance based on the load they carry. Hosted by U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), the visit to Aberdeen Proving Ground focused on highlighting the importance of test and evaluation to meet the Army's modernization priorities.
