Members of a staff delegation visit, including Brigid Houton and John Lucio, U.S. Senate staff delegates, follow a helicopter crew chief on to a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter Oct. 30, 2018, prior to taking an aerial tour of Fort McCoy, Wis. The staff delegation visit provided the delegates with an overall perspective of the installation.
