U..S. Air Force General Terrence O'Shaughnessy, Commanding General of U.S. Northern Command shakes hands with Staff Sgt. Geraldin Mariscal, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 68th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 4th Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade. Gen. O'Shaughnessy was in South Texas to tour the ongoing birder support efforts at the Donna, Texas Port of Entry. U.S. Northern Command is providing military support to the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection to secure the southern border of the United States.
