Passengers consisting of the 254th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers and the 36th Civil Engineer Squadron out of Andersen Air Base, Guam, de-board a C-130J Super Hercules with the 347th Airlift Wing from Yokota Air Base, Japan, at the Saipan International Airport, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Nov. 10, 2018, in support of the Super Typhoon Yutu relief effort. The members of RED HORSE and the 36th CES will assess and rebuild damaged properties throughout the island. Service members from Joint Region Marianas and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command are providing Department of Defense support to the CNMI's civil and local officials as part of the FEMA-supported Super Typhoon Yutu recovery efforts.
