Trezia rode out Hurricane Michael in Texas, and since then has bounced around from place-to-place before her father delivered this camper trailer to her property. She came out the morning of Nov. 12 to see an Operation Blue Roof contractor team preparing to install the reinforced plastic sheeting on her roof in Mexico Beach, Florida. It’s just one step in her recovery process, and normalcy more than 30 days after Hurricane Michael. Next door, a three-story bar was levelled during the storm and frequently shown on T.V. – a broadcast she saw while staying in Texas. It was days until T.V. crews captured the neighboring structure, her home, showing that her house still stood.
