The 81st RSC held a dining out on Nov. 5 at the Clarion Hotel in Columbia, S.C. As a part of the festivities, Staff Sgt. Tyler Myers was inducted into the Sgt. Audie Murphy Club and presented with the Sgt. Audie Murphy Medal "for demonstrating dedicated leadership and exemplary professionalism as a noncommissioned officer." Myers plays saxophone for the 100th Army Reserve Band in Concord, N.C. Presenting Myers with the medal are Command Sgt. Maj. Jim Wills and Brig. Gen. Gill Beck.
