The Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay Color Guard parades the colors during the Veterans Council of the Golden Isles Veterans Day Parade in St. Simons Island, Georgia. The base is home to five of the Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarines that make up the most survivable leg of the nuclear missile triad.
