Joey Tynch, Commander Task Force 73, pilots a Royal Brunei Air Force S-70i Black Hawk helicopter during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2018. CARAT Brunei 2018 marks the 24th iteration of the maritime exercise series and reflects the growing relationship between the U.S. and Royal Brunei Navy to further expand bilateral and multilateral exercises in cooperatively ensuring maritime security, stability and prosperity.
