NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Oct. 30, 2018) – (From right) Force Master Chief Nick Craig, Force Nurse Charlene Ohliger, Force Surgeon Capt. Kim Toone, inspects medical records for the Individual Medical Readiness Inspection onboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). George Washington is undergoing a refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) at Newport News Shipyard. RCOH is a four-year project performed once during an aircraft carrier’s life-cycle that includes refueling of the ship's two nuclear reactors, repairs, upgrades and modernization.
