Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, November 14, 2018 – Tate Carree (left) and Charlotte Barger (right) go door-to-door to check on survivors and help them register for FEMA assistance after Super Typhoon Yutu made landfall, damaging hundreds of homes and leaving many residents without shelter, food, or access to clean water.
