Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, November 14, 2018 – Robert Pesapane, Director of the National Preparedness Division for FEMA Region IX, honors the military for completing their mission supporting relief efforts in Tinian. The marines and sailors helped FEMA and the Commonwealth deliver aid to those affected by Super Typhoon Yutu, which damaged hundreds of homes and left many residents without shelter, power, food, or access to clean water.
