    PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 16, 2018) Sonar Technician (Surface) Seaman Kennison Cochran, from San Jose, California, uses rags to dry the cable while retrieving the multifunction towed array (MFTA) aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111).
