Dunkelberg, center, officer in charge of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Construction Civic Action Detail (CCAD) Timor-Leste, and CCAD Seabees pose for a photo with Falintil-Forças de Defesa de Timor-Leste (F-FDTL) leadership. The F-FDTL will be working side-by-side with the Seabees on future projects. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
