The deputy director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Jonathan Scharfen, leads more than 100 Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines through the oath of citizenship during a mass ceremony held in the Al Faw Palace on Camp Victory in western Baghdad July 4. Along with the naturalization ceremony, more than 600 service members re-enlisted to continue their service with the armed forces.
