Spc. Samantha Rosario, a food service specialist assigned to the Lancer Consolidated Dining Facility won first place for her Joker bust made from tallow at Joint Base Lewis-McChord on Nov. 21. The consolidated dining facility Soldiers worked for an entire month to prepare and decorate the entire building based on their customers chosen theme of super heroes in celebration of Thanksgiving.
