Col. Antonio Fletcher, the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) commander, cuts the ribbon during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) new cantonment site at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., Oct. 14. The ribbon cutting ceremony marks the completion of the new compound in accordance with the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Act which required the Group relocate to Eglin Air Force Base from Fort Bragg, N.C., which was completed before the Sept. 15 deadline.
