Members of the 130th Engineer Brigade and the PLE are introduced to each other before discussing the walk-phase of the practical field exchange Nov 13. The PFE’s focus is on disaster evaluation, search and rescue, medical aid, victim collection and evacuation. Activities like the DME improve our ability to save lives, protect property, and better prepare for the next major disaster in the Indo-Pacific.
