Evans Army Community Hospital hosted Lucas Foster, U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team member, Nov. 19 as he spoke about living a resilient-based lifestyle. Foster believes that balancing the four planes of life-physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, have helped him become a successful athlete. He encouraged attendees to embrace failures, as they are a tool that can be used to learn and grow from.
