Rahmonaliev Rajabali Fayzalievich (left), commander, Tajikistan National Guard, with key leaders here Nov. 20-21. The discussions reflected numerous shared interests, especially in confronting terrorists and narcotics smugglers in Tajikistan. With visits like theses, the Third Army is strengthening ties by educating, inspiring, and building relationships with our partner nations through joint operations. Key leader engagements are critical for encouraging partner nations to commit and contribute to regional stability.
