Kevin McAllister, a U.S. Marine Corps Drum and Bugle Corps member, during the 2011 Commander's Cup award ceremony here Nov. 28, 2011. McAllister was the second place enlisted finisher by participating in 7 out of 14 events and accumulating 315 points. The Commander's Cup was comprised of 14 competitions throughout the year testing the Marines' military knowledge, marksmanship, competitiveness and physical and mental discipline.
