Cpl. Aaron Raley, of Rome, Ga., removes a ratchet strap from a stack of lumber at Patrol Base New York, Afghanistan, Nov. 22. Raley is a motor transportation operator with Combat Logistics Company 6, 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward). The company, which is comprised of two engineer platoons and one motor transportation platoon, is an element of Combat Logistics Battalion 6 and was formed to provide direct support to 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, during Operation Eastern Storm.
